Vision
Work for the fulfilment of the Great Commission given by the Lord Jesus Christ is the Vision of BBI.
Thus, by Global Evangelisation, obedience to His ordinances and teaching of the Scriptures, BBI has a
vision to make disciples of all nations.
One of the distinctive features of the brethren assemblies is the emphasis that they give to the
teaching of the Word of God. This teaching was given in the past by spirit-filled and devoted servants
of God by various means and such work is still being profitably carried on. However, the necessity for
an established institution for this purpose was felt by many responsible brethren. We trust that the
Lord will use BBI for the extension of His kingdom and for the glory of His beloved Son and our
Saviour Jesus Christ.
Mission
1. To encourage young men towards a life of deep commitment to the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
2. To help building up healthy local Assemblies.
3. To train good Bible teachers who can give spiritual leadership.
4. To challenge young men to evangelise unreached areas.
5. To equip the students with adequate knowledge of the cultural, social and political background of
various states in India so that they will be able to communicate the Gospel effectively wherever they
are to minister in future.
