Assembly Growth Ministry is another initiative of BBI. This ministry is for equipping the Elders, Evangelists and Deacons of the local assemblies so that they would go back to their respective assemblies for bringing a genuine growth there. First capsule course was conducted in 2017 in Christian Brethren Assembly Hall, Jeypore, Odisha under the auspices Christian Brethren Assembly, Jeypore equally supported by neighbouring Assemblies and OAFT. About 100 Elders, Evangelists and Deacons attended the course. Dr. K. C. Johnson and Bro. Saji A. John were the resource persons. BBI is planning to organise such capsule courses in different parts of our country. BBI needs more sponsors for this type of profitable programmes.
