Download the application form, print it, and fill in all details by hand (handwritten only — no digital or typed text). Submit the completed form along with your supporting documents.

Residential Programme Applicants
Must submit the handwritten form and all supporting documents in person at the BBI campus. Postal submissions will not be accepted for residential applicants.
Distance Education Applicants
May send the handwritten form and supporting documents by post to the BBI address, or submit them in person at the institute.
